My move with HWS Möbeltransporte Leipzig was a complete failure, unorganized, associated with trouble and considerable damage to the furniture and dishes. The most brazen thing was that without the agreed assembly of the wardrobe, they simply gave up their work and left. The cause was the incompetence of the "actual specialist". After determining the various damages to the furniture (wood splinters on corners and edges, cracks in veneer) as well as smashed crockery by throwing the moving boxes, I tried to obtain compensation in an amicable comparative agreement. There was no reaction from the company to the pleadings. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. It would make you angry and bring you a lot of trouble. Choose a more competent one.

Serious initiation, disastrous implementation Relocation on February 25th, 2020 from Leipzig to Rostock, from 4th to 1st floor. No use of an outside elevator despite previous advice from me, from the announced six helpers appeared a thrown together group of five (one of them indisposed) plus boss, Mr. Sch., Who fell asleep in the (rented) truck after dismantling the SZ cabinet according to a helper. Transport to the moving location by Mr. Sch. and one (!!) helper, arrival around 3:30 p.m. Bringing the SZ furniture including loungers, otherwise mostly cardboard boxes, was mainly done by the helper. At an advanced hour and to come to an end, I (wbl., 63 years old) and my son finally got involved. To several clearly visible damages / cracks on the cover fabric of the couch, I made Mr. Sch. attentive - remark from him "the stairwell was so narrow, you can't put something on it". For his part, he showed the damage to a cupboard door covered with frosted glass, which supposedly was already there (but not before it was removed). He wanted to wg with the seller. Contact replacement; Otherwise "come up with something as compensation, for example a harbor tour for two and an IKEA voucher". When unpacking in the following two days I found that a box and a large travel bag with all the shoes were missing. During the phone call with Mr. Sch. he assured, "that is still there", which was not the case because they were still in the apartment in Leipzig !!! I made repeated phone calls with Mr. Sch., Listed all deficiencies in an email, until finally his wife, Ms. W., responded and also offered compensation. I kept reminding me that, according to the information on the phone, Ms. W. had written me two emails, should check the "Spam" section, wanted to send it back to me, etc. - nothing happened. In March I assessed the move objectively, whereupon Mr. on April 1st reported by telephone that he had spoken to his lawyer (among other things because of this matter), the payment of € 100 accepted by me and a € 50 voucher could be made, I should remove the rating. The date April 1st should have made me suspicious, because nothing happened. Since I was able to prove that I had made telephone calls, partly in the presence of witnesses on my part, and all the (really) received emails, I sent the first reminder and also the second to Mr. Sch. and Ms. W., who received no reaction, and finally brought in a lawyer. Their letter was returned with the note "recipient unknown". Conclusion: cheek, ignorance, nice talk - a company philosophy that these "business people" are sure to amuse themselves
